中国驾照持有者如何考取魁北克驾照？
很多来自国内的朋友在进入加拿大的时候已经持有中国驾照了，那如何才能考取魁北
克驾照呢？以能驾驶私家普通车辆的中国驾照对应魁北克的CLASS 5 驾照为例，咱们
来说说。（中国的大客和大货驾照不可以直接在魁北克参加同类的驾驶执照考试，只
能先考取可以驾驶私家普通车辆CLASS 5驾照，然后再参加相应级别培训才行）。
先看什么身份，不同身份待遇还是不一样的：
● 中国留学生或培训生： 留学生持有中国驾照+翻译件，可以在魁北克省开车直
到你的学习结束，并不需要考取魁北克驾照，保证你的中国驾照在有效期内，
只允许驾驶符合你驾照类型的车辆，在你获得魁北克省居住权之前。相应法规
如下：
If you are a student or trainee from another Canadian province or abroad, you are
allowed to drive for the duration of your studies or traineeship with your foreign
driver's license, provided the licence
is valid
authorizes you to drive the type of vehicle that you are using
You are not required to obtain a Québec licence as long as you do not take up
residence in Québec.
● 中国旅游签证持有者：凭中国驾照+翻译件，可以连续在魁北克省开车6个月，
只允许驾驶符合你驾照类型的车辆，超过六个月需要持有国际驾照，但中国公
民不可能持有中国政府颂发的国际驾照，因为中国政府不是国际驾照组织成员
国，所以建议旅游签证持有者尽快考取魁北克驾照。只有证明可以在魁北克居
住6个月以上者才有权参加驾照考试。相应法规如下：
If you are travelling in Québec, you may drive with your foreign driver's licence for 6
consecutive months if your licence
is valid
authorizes you to drive the type of vehicle that you are using
VEHICLES THAT YOU MAY DRIVE
You may drive any type of vehicle, as long as the licence issued by your country of
origin authorizes you to and you abide by its conditions.

IF YOU STAY IN QUÉBEC FOR LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS
You must hold a valid international driving permit to be allowed to continue to drive
on Québec roads.
You must always drive with both licences – your foreign driver's licence and your
international driving permit. You are allowed to drive in Québec for as long as your
international driving permit remains valid.
The international driving permit can only be issued in the country in which you
obtained your driver's licence, and it is valid for one year. You must apply for your
permit before coming to Québec.
● 新移民：新移民可以凭中国驾照+翻译件在魁北克省连续开车六个月，时间从
正式登陆日开始计算，超出6个月上路行驶必须使用魁北克驾照，否则视同无照
驾驶，建议新移民在登陆后立即着手考取驾照事宜。新移民的中国驾照必须在
有效期内，距初次领取驾照满一年以上，不足一年的可以等满一年时再考魁北
克驾照，或者在魁北克作为初学者从头开始学习，只允许驾驶符合驾照类型的
车辆，中国驾照不允许在魁北克驾驶大货车、大客车、紧急车辆、小客车、出
租车。工作签证持有者也属于居民，和新移民待遇一样，相应法规如下：
Holders of a foreign licence are allowed to drive on Québec roads for 6 consecutive
months. After that time, they must hold an international driving permit, or, if they take
up residence in Québec, they must obtain a Québec licence. They may apply for a
Québec licence as soon as they arrive in Québec.
However, make sure that your foreign licence:
is valid
authorizes you to drive the type of road vehicle that you are using
Québec driver’s licence required after the first 6 months
Here is the procedure to obtain a Québec licence, according to the road vehicle that
you drive. You can begin the application process as soon as you arrive in Québec.
For a car
You must have held a driver’s licence authorizing you to drive a car for at least one
year before settling in Québec and pass the Class 5 (car) before being eligible to
obtain a Québec driver’s licence.
If you have less than one year of driving experience

You must follow a driving course and follow the graduated licensing process to
obtain a learner’s licence.
● 具体怎么参加魁北克的驾照考试呢？先笔试，后路考，都考过才可以拿到魁北
克的驾照。
● 只能电话打到SAAQ才约笔试，笔试不能上网约，蒙特利尔地区的请打以下电
话预约笔试，初次笔试涉及建档也只能去岛内855 boulevard Henri-Bourassa
Ouest 这家SAAQ，如果初次笔试没通过，即可选择任意其他一家SAAQ继续笔
试。

● 笔试时需要携带的材料：(1). 中国驾照+翻译件，.中国驾照翻译件必须是魁省
有资质的翻译公司翻译的 (2).中国护照和签证 (3) 居住证明，政府部门或银行水
电费等信件即可，信件上应有地址和名字 （4）如果中国公民持有的是其他外

● 笔试通过以后，才能预约路考。
● 笔试时是有包括中文在内的5种语言可以任意切换的，而且没有时间限制，尽可
以放松慢慢做，一共3部份，
● 第一部分交通法规16道题，rules and regulations
● 第二部分道路标识与交通信号16道题，road signs and traffic signals
● 第三部分安全驾驶规范32道题，behaviours
● 如果初次笔试失败，下次笔试最少要间隔28天以上。
● 一定要把几部分都做完，下次只考没通过的部分.

● 路考可以选择任意SAAQ， 建议大家选南岸或西岛的SAAQ，尽量避免蒙特利
尔岛内的SAAQ，虽然各个SAAQ的考官执法标准完全一样，但岛内的车多、人
更多，路上情况多，南岸和西岛车少人更少，相对容易考过。蒙特利尔的路考
就是在马路上实地开车，可不像国内在封闭的考场里，有一定的危险性，没把
握的人最好找教练做一下考前培训，魁北克的开车规则和习惯与国内大相径庭
，规范动作要求极高，不做路考前培训直接就路考的成功通过率不足10%，每
次路考失败，需要最少过28天才能再次路考。
● 路考所需要携带的文件和笔试基本上一样，考试时需要携带的材料：(1). 中国
驾照+翻译件，.中国驾照翻译件必须是魁省有资质的翻译公司翻译的 (2).中国
护照和签证 (3) 居住证明，政府部门或银行水电费等信件即可，信件上应有地
址和名字 （4）如果中国公民持有的是其他外国驾照，需要证明在驾照签发国
居住满3年。（5）其他身份证件，如枫叶卡、健康卡、CSQ等。（6）考试车
辆的保险单和登记证书
